These two actions of tort, each for the conversion of a portable steel garage, were brought in the district court, one by the Medford Trust Company against the Priggen Steel Garage Company, and the other by the Priggen Steel Garage Company against the Medford Trust Company. There was a finding for the garage company in each case, and a report to the Appellate Division, which was dismissed. The trust company appealed.
